I got an offer from Microsoft and heard the culture of my future team is good. However, my green card application is in progress, which makes me hesitate to leave. I have spent 17 months on my PERM process in Walmart and filed my PERM this August. If the application goes well, my PERM may be approved next February and enter the I-140 phase. According to my nationality (RoW), the Final Action Dates (FAD) of the Green Card process is usually current so I probably won’t be on a long waiting list. If I join Microsoft, I will need to re-run the process. Should I stay in my current position to wait for my green card process completed or just move on without consideration? Any suggestions will be more than helpful. Thanks in advance.
