Hi folks. Recently cleared sde2 rounds for ML based position. Here's the offer after 1 round of negotiation.
Base: 170k
Bonus y1: 150k
Bonus y2: 110k
RSU: 100 over 4 years (5,15,40,40)
TC Y1: 335k
Y2: 326k
Y3: 294k
Y4:294k
Location: Seattle
Previous TC: 220k
Yoe: 5 and Masters.
This looks nice to me. Is the TC drop in y3 and y4 a concern or will it be covered by new rsu that I may get? I'll put up a poll too.

Also, is the interview process the same or is it more ML focused?
Iโm not at amazon, I work at a small startup. Is your team hiring SDE for ML work or more AS? Can follow up through dm if thatโs ok!
Meta just offered me 350k with no completing offers 3 yoe. I'm definitely not that great. I worked nowhere important before this as well. also location remote. Lower COL than Seattle but higher than most places.
or maybe interview with meta ๐
Depending on the org, l6 role can be very demanding. Highly advise you grow into it (at your yoe)
