E4 Meta/Facebook Onsite 2 behavioural rounds?

Looking at E4 Meta Onsite rounds - why are there two behavioural interviews? I have never seen this before in any company... do you need to do well in both? One of them is a 1:1 interview and the other is a 2:1. Whats the difference between them and how should one prepare to succeed in both?

    Were you scheduled a follow up or two rounds from the get go? Depending on your experience they (low YOEs) may throw an LC easy / easy medium

    One of them is for training fb interviewers(the 2:1) . It won’t count towards your final evaluation. Format is same, just a bunch of standard behavioral stuff
