I was offered a data scientist internship at Twitter. My team is based out of SF, but I'm allowed to work from any Twitter office in the US.
Planning to take the Seattle as I have a few friends there though my team is based out of SF. Do you think it's okay or would it impact my work?
Also, how's the Twitter office in Seattle? Is everyone back to office? Do all the team members sit together, meet and discuss very often and I should take SF as my location instead of Seattle? Will I get better visibility if I take SF as my location?

The Seattle office is really nice and people are starting to come back. But there are no permanently assigned seats or desks.
With regard to visibility, that depends a lot on what you are looking for. Participating in the meetings and chats (social and otherwise) and document reviews will usually bring a visibility and connection with your team and others you interact with.
