Any simple diets to follow everyday as to what healthy meal plans to have so that I can lose weight while building muscles?
I'm tired of all those advices that say lower your calorie intakes etc just need simple meal plans for every day of the week so I can just make it at home and just follow that.

And like Google mentioned, you should prioritize protein over anything else when cutting. Lacking fats can be fixed by taking fish oil pills.
if you need a boost before the workout, energy bar should work.
Lunch/Dinner: 550g chicken + 450g brown rice weighed before cooking (took me a while to find the spice blend to enjoy this everyday) split this meal
Night: fruit smoothies (involve oats/milk)
Hella water throughtout the day
Eat what you like, but less of it, and try to cut out junk food. Track calories in MyFitnessPal and track your protein intake if you want to build muscle (at minimum, half a gram per pound of body weight, but shoot for 0.75). Tracking is essential in the beginning because you have NO IDEA how many foods you think are "healthy" but are just empty calories.
First few weeks will be very hard, especially during holidays when there are carb-heavy foods everywhere. It gets far easier one you get past the initial cravings.
