E7 at FB Seattle. Who can pay similar amount?
I’m a E7 at FB Seattle. I currently get about $1M TC. Around $250k base, $100k bonus, and the rest in RSU. Looking for another Seattle company that’s roughly comparable (preferably based in Seattle), realizing that my RSUs reflect time spent here. Nothing really wrong with FB but tired of being remote. Care about more than comp but assuming this filters out most opportunities.

@TuP, Why would he brag to the anonymous people who he doesn’t know and also without revealing his identity? He doesn’t get any for bragging and I doubt the intention was that. If anything, his disclosure gives some idea about what we can make when we get there. You are just being jealous to anonymous person which is a bit weird.
You could apply for director/GM opportunities at AWS... I'm sure they will match or beat your current pay

No company is going to pay $1m TC in Seattle except Facebook (unless of course your a VP / C-level exec in which case you wouldn’t be on Blind and your TC would be $5m+/year). Maybe possibly Google but that would be a long shot.
Haha you think VPs and C levels don't waste time places like blind like the rest of us? I know a billionaire who spends half his time trolling on Reddit. They do the same things the rest of us do. I guarantee there are C levels on blind.

I think he means comp alone would not make him switch, but without the right comp it's dead on the water.
If you can get Senior Principal at Amazon I’m sure you could negotiate something close to that.
