I don’t know I work at EA now and while yes it is stressful sometimes, it’s a far cry from shitty treatment. We have excellent benefits and management has been very transparent. EA missed target by $700M and they are only laying off maximum 350 people in very much non essential roles. These people are all being given severance and opportunities to apply internally to open positions. My org is already considering candidates that were impacted by this. Laying off less than 350 people with such a massive earnings miss is actually pretty commendable.
