Any experience with changing jobs and retaining your eb1 queue with AC21 ?? #immigration.

No. I think then ac21 rule doesn't apply
If fired in less than 180 days, you can still wait until 180 days and then port. However if you get an RFE before that point, you may be screwed. Travel is possible if you have AP. When exactly you travel is not relevant. You need either an H-1B transfer, or an EAD, to start working for the new company.
Why would you change jobs when you are so close to getting GC. Is your 140 approved and 485 applied?
