Nowadays, EB5 is also taking 3-4 years I guess. What is his ultimate goal? To come here and start a business? Also, forget about getting $500K / $1m back.

No return on investment or no return of investment? Parking $500k for 4 years and getting green card for entire family is a pretty good deal IMHO

It is actually no return of investment. Basically, you are buying a greencard using those $$$.

You need to be careful and dilligent on company you would be investing in. Some of the companies show fake growth and eat your money. Consult with good lawyers such as Murthi law firm. They help connecting all dots.

Kushner used to take EB5 money. You would hope the Presidents son-in-law will return your money. Investment amount is supposed to increase after November.

It’s interesting to know why he wants to move to USA. If you have 6-7 crores u can live as king in India rather than slave In USA. Build community and u still have to load ur dishwasher etc. unless he also has awesome income in USA.

What a joke. A decent flat in south mumbai will cost upwards of 10 Crore.

Salesforce Gjjdhjekej Sep 16, 2019

Oh :). Bay Area is kind of same. But anywhere else should be much cheaper and will have awesome quality of life. Make sense.

USA is also about diversity and multi-culture. You will have opportunities to learn multiple languages which helps u to go and explore more places around the world.

Not a bad idea if you have $1m in spare and you are ready to give up on that; else not worth it.
