EB5
One of my friends wants to move to USA and start his own business in EB5 category. Can someone please suggest how to start, attorney reference etc

An immigration attorney files for EB5 along with the business plan, proof of investment etc. Petition gets approved. You get 2 year conditional visa. You get to invest $500K and hire Americans. After you make good on the commitments, you can apply for a green card after 2 years. Or buy a condo with Jaded Kushners sister and you can get an EB5
