EE looking for HW, manufacturing, or firmware referral
Help me kings! I feel stifled in the defense industry. I'm not looking for a golden ticket, I just want to be able to work and be appreciated (higher TC wouldn't hurt). I'm not terribly picky but any bay area tech companies that have some hardware product (Google, Apple, etc) would be a dream come true. We hire lots of people with defense experience but we generally trash all defense resumes with >5 years in defense as zero of them can pass a technical interview. For some reason >5 years in defense is toxic.
Would you be willing to refer me? I can certainly pass a technical interview
