Hi, a recruiter told me today that the feedback from the Amazon on-site was great and they will be sending me an offer letter. My question is that moving forward in the process will they need references? I only worked at one startup after university for a couple of years, however, I donβt want to jeopardise my job at the startup in case something goes wrong in the Amazon offer process- by providing references to Amazon.
Thank you

I usually have good relationship with the folks I mentor so they're always happy to see me grow as well.
