I just got a Uber PM interview coming and the first one is to talk with hiring manager. I asked recruiter what should I expect and she basically said anything.

I saw IgotAnOffer and it is not clear either on phone screening stage.

I wonder what should I prepare? Should I focus on casing or behavioral?

Kindly seeking advices from all you experienced PM

  • I had a hiring manager interview at Uber 3 weeks ago. It was all about the projects I worked on. A friend of mine had one last year and it was more of a mini-case question. Seems like hiring managers have a lot of freedom to decide what to ask.
