Okay Comcast. You suck... I lose connection every maybe 30-40 min on my very expensive bill.

What's better than Comcast in the greater Seattle area?

    Not a comcast advocate, but make sure your wifi router is not the issue, e.g. interference etc

    Hiiiiii. Seattle has a lot of old wiring alongside new. It's really hit or miss. Right now with a lot of people quarantined it is overloading the old taps.

    A lot of providers have this problem in congested cities like Seattle right now.

    If it's always been an issue, you should have had a tech come out for free by now for a "trouble call".

    I've talked to hundreds of customers in Seattle and the feedback has been that Comcast is the best bet in most areas.

  • Everyone listing every company under the sun, Seattle has one cable company (Comcast), two phone companies (CenturyLink in Seattle, frontier on the Eastside). Both of them have limited fiber footprints. Some apartments and condos have gigabit fiber from a smaller company. That's it.

  • Okay facing the same problem of intermittent contention drops in every 10-20 mins in Jersey City area with Comcast Xfinity.

    Anyone else that shares my pain?
