Does Atlassian give feedback if rejected?
I recently gave phone interview and recruiter mailed saying he received feedback and would like to share with me and scheduled 30 min phone call on Friday.

    Scheduled an early call for today. Got positive feedback and they extended invitation to onsite interviews

    No this feedback line is very much templated. You would be luck if recruiter showed up for call, I completed some 3 rounds excluding OA and post the system design got the below reply
    First off, I wanted to show our strong appreciation that you took the time to meet with and consider us. We’re glad that we got the chance to meet you, hear about your experiences, and learn more about you. I wanted to pass on the feedback just as soon as I had it, as I know your job search is time-sensitive. While we were really impressed with your ability to get things done, we have decided to move forward with another candidate, whom we think will be the best fit for the role.

    If you would like to hear our recommendations, I would be glad to provide more details on our feedback. Let me know and we can schedule a call for that.

    Thank you for your time, we really appreciate you taking the time to consider us.

    If you do see another role at Atlassian, please don’t hesitate to let me know or reapply again. I’ll be sure to keep you in mind for future opportunities if I see a strong fit.

    And after this I was ghosted by recruiter.
