I am an EM looking for better opportunities (anywhere in tech companies in India). I am hands on with python but to be very honest not good with HLD and LLD. Most of my interview rounds revolve around people management , system design, product sense, process and strategies. Have been trying in almost 15 companies rejected from all (most failures from design round few from coding ) Anyone who is in same boat and can share their experience how to crack interviews?


Also here are few things which I have been facing:
- Endless meetings.
- No job satisfaction.
- Lagging in tech knowledge.
- Feeling of uselessness.

How do you cope up with such negative feelings?

    Prepare for six months use the materials available in web YouTube medium blogs etc for system design or you can avail mock interviews on system design like from interview ready , exponent or algo expert ..

      Most of the interviews they ask design same common products like design of Netflix Uber whatsapp twitter etc etc make a list and practice the design on a board multiple times and think of follow up questions. Check what happened wrong in the designs you made in interviews by talking to some expert

    Being comfortable with system design is very important for EMs at any decent company, much more than being hands on with a coding language (though you should be able to solve at least LC Easies and some Mediums). I would advise you to brush up on design skills first before interviewing.
