Who is the provider, what is the match, and does it support mega backdoor?

Vanguard . I think it’s a 3% match (someone correct me if I’m wrong) and yes it does support the mega back door

  Did you attend their briefing session? if your salary is 200k then your max top up is 6K, they only match 1:1 each pay check and stop when it reaches 6k, if your salary is 300K (include bonus and cash awards) then they will stop at 9k, for high paying folks who get say 500k non rsu, they will match 15k, for extreme high paying folks like VP who salary is 2M, they will match up to program limit of 60K so it is like 21500 employee and 38500 top up

  that was last year? 2022 program was just updated, offer letter does not have 401k, it is only a brochure that was attached in the link, that one has not been updated yet

  Twitter is better than 50% if your base + bonus is high. Staff+ should be the line.

it's 3% up to the fed income limit which is $320K I thin so the match tops out at $9600 or so.

  Do you only get matched dollar for dollar up to 3% of your paycheck? Or say you contribute 1k every paycheck, do they match the 1k until you hit your overall 3% limit?
