Anyone who works at Bloomberg want to give me some advice on how the process goes for phone screens I'm kind of curious I've done a lot of leak code around maybe 600 on the code and hundreds on other platforms too but I sort of want to know what they're expecting, should I like go through multiple approaches break it down Trace through my approach what exactly is Bloomberg looking for?
Dude, use periods for fuck’s sake.
Fair lol.
When you leak code 600+ everything flows 🤣 TC or gtfo
I make money sometimes
Good luck for the interviews 🙂
I did Bloomberg phone screen a few weeks ago. I got one easy and one medium. Both are super common and not difficult.
Ty
LC easy / medium
Ty
LC Very easy and Lc medium in onsite interview. LC Medium was average travel times problem.
Do you mean design underground subway system
Yes, that’s the one
I had that question for internship.
lc tagged mediums
Yessir have been grinding those
Pretty standard leetcode style interviews. Probably chat a bit about your resume, do 1-2 algorithmic questions in a language of your choice (usually fairly easy especially for phone screen), leave you a few min at the end for questions to the interviewer. As others have said if you have actually solved 600 lc it should be easy.
Thank u sir :)
Technical screen should be easy for you if you have done 600 lc. Bloomberg rarely ask hard question. However, Bloomberg also value a lot on communication skill and project deep dive. So you might wanna get that prep
This is true, you should be able to speak to the projects on your resume with pretty deep understanding. Also we hate when people know nothing about the company, especially if they don't know what the terminal is, think we are a bank, etc.
For experienced hire, Bloomberg always ask you what do you want to work for us. Better come up with a good answer lol
If you did 600 Leetcode, Bloomberg phone screen should be a cake walk to you
