Internal transfer from India to US or MS Degree

Received an offer from Google Bangalore.
Wanted to know the pros and cons of taking an internal transfer to US location after an year or so.
Is it better to directly go for a MS degree and get offers in US instead of internal transfer in terms of salary and RSUs or are both the same?

Internal transfer might leave you with 40-50k lower over four years IF the stock does not appreciate. But even that does not matter because your master's does not give you any level benefit vs a bachelor's degree so the career growth will easily outpace your compensation if you were to join in the us directly.
In addition I would not consider that because you cleared the interviews this time you will easily be able to get an offer after a master's. Googles interview process needs a bunch of stars to align in addition to skill. One bad feedback can tank your shot.
Tl:dr get the internal transfer.
Makes sense. Wouldn’t get such top college anyway
1. Join google and take an internal transfer after an year
This is the best option
2. Go to MS if you are serious abt a PhD or want to be a researcher..etc
Also consider this if you can crack Ivy leagues. Even for this, it is better to work an year or two before going for MS.
Doing an MS will give you some added benefits—Networking and better understanding of US culture..etc
consider this as 2 years of time well spent in 30+ years career, if you have the academic inclination.
