Base: 100k
Bonus: 30k, paid out monthly
RSU: 75k over 4 years, after year 1 it’s quarterly

YOE: 6yr
TC: 125k

  • I’m not familiar with CS comp structures but the stock has done well over the last few years and if you include ESPP (which you can read about elsewhere but is unique at TTD) you’ll definitely beat your current comp. Also there is a lot of growth going on so lots of room to move up.
