Good luck. That team is vastly understaffed and is drowning in work. Your utilization is going to be damn near 100%. Whatever you are offered, ask for 10% more. Don't let them con you with some soft sign on bonus. That's their MO.
So the last round will be with HR or Partner. More like behavioral ?
Should be with the partner not HR. They typically want to make sure you are a fit for EY and the team, that you will be able to jump in and be able to own your engagements. I'm telling you, that team is bare bones. They are gonna want to know that you know what you are doing and can handle things on your own pretty much right away.
