Join PwC...EY is a shithole.
Go in house :)
Thanks for helping out. Any specific reason ?

Location : LA Years of experience : 15.5 years ( 14 years Cognizant and 1.5 year Anthem) Currently with Anthem as Sr. Solution advisor equivalent to sr.manager on management track
Ok so youre not an auditor. Is this consulting?
Your role at PwC is an internal, typically non client facing role. IFS = internal firm services. The salary progression after you join is less defined and typically promotions only happen when the guy above you quits or retires. I’m not sure what your EY role is but EY always offers a higher starting salary and slowly increases your salary until you get promoted. Don’t count on that bonus number, it’s always pretty low. Source: worked at both EY and PwC.
Thanks for the insights. How is the culture different. My role in both is that of architect in general At EY I already have a project identified and sr.manager is pushing me to join early. Even for recruitment there was no formal on-site interview.just had a client interview even before I had joined EY. Is it a normal behaviour? Seems unusual hence confused
At both firms, a few different levels of interviews are needed. There needs to be at least a partner interview... I’m not sure if they will give out the offer if the partner did not interview you. Also, what org are you coming in as at EY? Assurance, PI, Risk, etc? Or is it a contract-to-hire role? Seems kind of odd
