How is the work in c3? Wlb, perks, team etc? Is it worth switching to c3 and potentially getting blocked from Palo Alto networks?

Location for both: Bay Area

Current TC: $170k
YOE: 8

How much higher do you think I can go?

Will c3 be able to match Palo Alto TC?

    hfyeo claims C3 won't negotiate but they do. I bumped my offer from 160 to 197 with 1y xp when I joined a few years ago

    Every company negotiates. If they don't, they say no then you wasted like five minutes and you reject. Why not try anywhere?
