I happen to receive job offers from Amazon Berlin and Goldman Sachs India. Please help me choose the best offer.
Amazon Berlin- 62,000 Euro base+ 14,000 euro joining bonus first year + 2000 Euro stock first year (Total stock grant is 36k Euro) + 7500 euro relocation bonus (no need for bills so as good as cash)= 85k Euro
Visa- EU Blue Card
Goldman Sachs India- 23 LPA (Base) + 6,50,000 (Signin bonus) + 7,00,000 (One time payment)= 36,50,000 INR
Please help me choose the offer based on compensation, future career prospects, and growth. If possible, please do give insights.
Some doubts I have:
1. Will being in Amazon Berlin increase my chances of getting calls from companies in London, which I assume has a different visa compared to if I was in India?
2. If I plan to come to India after 3-4 years in case of Amazon Berlin, will I not be lowballed?

Don't worry about it much. It's pretty much the same for every location in Europe for Amazon
-Europe has better work culture in general.
-Amazon can easily allow you to relocate to US in 1-2 years ofc if you do fine job and have decent impact.
To answer ur questions:
1) hardly any diff. tier1 firms hardly care about the cost.. it’s the legal complication that stops them.
2) you can be lowballed anytime. even if u work in google, FB might lowball you in same location. don’t think u should worry about it. strategy to avoid lowball is totally diff (competing offer)
and here’s some Boomer talk: Don’t just think about comp, invest in experiences. Time is the asset you lose nonetheless. you need to decide if it’s gonna be fun exp with TC compromise or day night working on something u hate hoping to see better tomorrow (spoiler alert, it’s just a dangling carrot in front)
