      Doesn't look like DW was running anything into the ground. Seems solid. Where did he fail exactly?

    • He put us in positions where we were way outspending our cashflow. $7.8B in net income covers about half our dividend, and we have been borrowing to cover it as margins were sinking long before The pandemic. The company has been less agile since he’s taken over as CEO. We’ve had a credit downgrade and are now dropped from the Dow30 while CVX remains in it.
