Need a short summary of how PNP works.
CSR tool for express entry says my score is 474 which I believe is below par.
Profile: Ms degree from USA, currently on h1b in bay area. Backend engineer. 30 yo, married.
Aim is to be free from H1-B stress and live a normal life.
Questions:
- via PNP, how long does it take for the whole process and getting the PR in hand if all test scores are ready?
- Is it easy to get?
- Can i do this in parallel with my i-140 process in USA?
- is PNP an unconditional PR?
- Anything else that I should consider before getting my hopes high?
I know pay in Canada is lower, cold weather etc but that's okay with me.

I’m assuming you’ll try for BC or Ontario since those are the only ones with big cities.
Current processing times are super long, so will take a while.
The GC time here is 40 years lol
