Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
To be honest, I admire Elon Musk's work at Tesla and SpaceX. But also I have read on here so many bad reviews about him as a CEO or a boss. There was a post recently that factory workers were supposed to work during the holiday seasons to meet all the production deadlines before new year. What do Tesla employees have to say about this? If you are a Tesla employee, please also comment what do you think about him as a CEO. https://www.teslarati.com/elon-musk-spacex-tesla-employees-best-ceo-2018/
Best company things are voted on internally by employees. I’d be willing to wager that the majority of votes did not come from the more blue collar side of the work force simply because they were probably not able to vote enough to make a difference.
They get the interns and new hires fresh out of school to vote the 1st week on the job. I've also heard of HR creating throw away emails to make fake posts to boost ratings.
Glad we have Blind (that works until HR starts dominating Blind comments).
And they got caught gaming the system, https://www.wsj.com/articles/companies-manipulate-glassdoor-by-inflating-rankings-and-pressuring-employees-11548171977
That voting is always rigged. It’s not just for Elon. That type of manufactured PR is always rigged.
