I have a product management interview where there is an hour long session on wireframing and information architecture.

It seems like free consulting - they're having me go over a product they're building.

I feel reasonably OK with this, but does anyone have any good resources to help prep?

Can’t hurt to suggest a few A/B tests to suss out disagreements / threats you might foresee from your suggestions. Then tell them what data/ events youd want to measure and make sure they know you understand what statistical significance is

Are you PM at FB? This would be a mix of prod sense and execution. Pretty much all PM interviews with “homework” or jam session or presentation are free consultation as well as being a test. You Just have to be choosey abt which ones you want to spend time on, ultimately you should gain something from the experience. So it should be fun or treat it as a practice. If not, decline it.

For wireframing, start with their products, play with it and evaluate it against competitors. Ultimately it’s abt the user journey, getting to their magic moment fast and using common or best in class design patterns to do so.
