Employee change while on RFE

I am currently working at employer A. I have an approved H1b from employer B. My start date with employer B is in March first week. I just got an offer from employer C which is working on my H1b. I am planning to join employer C eventually. I am hoping that C will file H1b transfer while I am still at employer A. 1. If I join employer B in March 1st week and employer C gets an RFE, will there be any issue? My concern is because employer C will file H1b while I am at employer A and while replying to the RFE, I will be at employer B. TC: 150k

You are doing mistake by accepting two offers and don’t blame any employer for being less flexible.

I’m in the same boat. Why are you joining company B if you gonna go to C in few months?

I heard that C is generally slow in responding to RFE and there is always a possibility of H1b getting rejected. My plan to join B is only when I get an RFE from C. It C is approved before my joining date, I won't join B.
