I'm planning to do distance MBA course and convert to PM. I think PM has more scope to grow than Engineer. I may be wrong. I'm in Redmond, any suggestions on which course and college will help me to get relevant knowledge? Any personal experiences? L62 TC 150k.
That's true, although from my experience, PMs get a lot of hate on Blind (at least at Booking). The title is very broad and therefore subject to misinterpretation
ps: I'm a PM (considering unPMing myself) 😄
Why unPM?
Eng L62? Are you including your annual bonus?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
No advice but just wanna day you are correct. Though ppl on blind are all shortsighted TC nuts. PM has broader scope, more potential for growth and a path to future leadership.
