Engineering Leader at Apple?

What level is an Engineering Leader at Apple? I’ve an onsite coming up and I’m curious if this is a tech lead type role? Their job description requires “10 year as engineer, 4 years as manager”. There’s another post on Blind with a similar title from like a year ago but that focuses mostly on disambiguating Apple employees’ profile job titles. TC: $430k, YOE: 15
