Engineering Manager @ Better Mortgage TC Check

In process with Better for an engineering manager role. I was previously at FB as an E5. Currently at a late stage ipo bound startup.
Better offer isn’t confirmed yet, but recruiter said 230k salary, 15% cash bonus, 500k over 4 years stock.
I’d love a check on this package and any insight on better in general.
Current TC: 210k salary, 100k/yr stock. stock is pre-ipo
EDIT: 11ish YOE. 1 as EM. 4 as a TL.

Keep in mind there's a chance the stock market is not kind to us because we're a mortgage company. Also day to day experience depends alot on which team, some are dumpster fires. Feel free to DM me.
