Engineering at Bird?
I've been asked to come onsite at Bird in Santa Monica. Anyone has any insight on how it is to work there in Engineering in terms of culture, comp, quality of engineers etc? Is it worth going down there for the onsite?

We are a typical startup. Lots of variance in quality of engineers and product process. While there are some very talented people at Bird, I’d agree that *on average* we simply can’t compete with FAANG.
