Engineering culture at Airbnb
Whats the engineering culture like at airbnb? They have come up with a good load of open source tools in the past. Also heard rumors about asian dominated workforce. is that true? tc 230

Dominated, depends on your perspective. 38% of the engineers identify as an Asian. Probably a lot more than your typical tech company. There are more Asians as you go down levels and less Asians as you go up (thanks bamboo ceiling)
