I am in the process of interviewing for a mobile engineer position at Plaid. I’ve spoken with eng manager, and it didn’t sound like they ask whiteboard algo questions but more practical coding. Anyone have tips about how should I prepare? Many thanks! TC: $270K 9 YOE
Worked with them in the past a bit elitist tbh. Hire from Ivy League etc.
Heya, the phone screen will involve a algo question but the onsite will be mostly practical skills. To prepare, I'd say know how to setup and build a simple CRUD app with clean architecture and you'll be good to go
How about system design interview?
Is this even for backend ?
Can someone please share with an example coding problem? Are candidates expected to know multi threading?
YOE?
Updated, thanks for reading.
