Envoy -> AA transfer
curious on how hard it is / whats required to transfer from Envoy to american mainline?

QualityEng Nov 3, 2019I used to work for American Eagle which turned into Envoy. I ended up losing my job to AA mainline due to union BS during the merger. I should add that I worked ground ops. A lot of people had no problem getting into AA from envoy during the merger.
There is a set path for Pilots. For everyone else it’s about as tough as applying and interviewing at any mainline airline in the industry. Envoy being an AA subsidiary doesn’t help much.
