EquityZen feedback

Has anybody successfully sold private company stocks via EquityZen? Their fee seems high (~5%) but could be worth it? Thanks!

I've not sold, but know you need company's permission first.

I think that is true with any secondary market. The company has the right of first refusal (RFL)
