best job that allows me to regularly take vacations

ive just heard so many stories from people who regret working too much and not having enough time to enjoy the human experience. I've got a lot of places on my travel list and I wanna make memories
i specifically mention vacations because a lot of travel i wanna do involves hiking and mtn climbing so idk if a "work at a place during the day and explore in the evening" nomadic lifestyle would work for me
should I try to get a security cleared job or work in defense?? I heard that since the barrier to entry is so high (polygraph test, etc), you get a lot flexibility. Im ok with any job that's above 100k within 5 years.

Work from a new country/region/city every few months.
Work during day, travel in evening.
But that’s more like “staying at” new places than “traveling to” new places.
You are living life out of a backpack and don’t have too much stuff.
I’m still talking about living in new places every 2-3 months.
