Wait. IDC L61 get 35 LPA? If you don't mind, can you tell us how much median performing L63 might make?

Microsoft Smarti OP Jun 7, 2018

Okay clarification. It is 21.5 base + stocks + variable for me. I don't know about L63

Microsoft UMbR31 Jun 7, 2018

Yes. Correct. Thanks. How much is the median total for L63?

Microsoft ydkx6g4 Jun 7, 2018

Expect roughly 60k GBP base

Microsoft Smarti OP Jun 7, 2018

Any idea about variable?

Microsoft ydkx6g4 Jun 8, 2018

Bonus should be roughly 0-20% of base, as normal

Cannot give a number, but as per the policy they will match you on pay band of London as per India.

Microsoft Smarti OP Jun 7, 2018

London is not a place to live if you want save money plus salaries aren't like bay area but it almost has the same cost of living. Try interviewing with Google/Uber India. I am pretty sure they will give your atleast 30 40 percent bump. You will end up saving more by staying in India. And then you can shift to Bay area later. But if you want to experience a different life style, a busy city, awesome public transport and a lifestyle, come to London

I have seen Google and Uber offering same salary as previously salary... depends on ur interview performance also.

Skype had a team in London, but Bec of teams Skype will be dead soon, not a good move.
