Assuming op’s 4y cliff can be compensated at FB, Amazon’s 4y average TC is 352k+, FB perks worth 50k per year?
Even now, OP makes 300k after the cliff I assume. It’s better to interview somewhere else and get >400K with 12 years of experience. Note that Amazon doesn’t give cash bonus. OP might not even get refreshers until 5th year at Amazon.
