Im an Apple intern (Master’s grad with 2yr experience before) and got a return offer for IC3. Need help evaluating base - 130k stock - 30k per year bonus - 15% of base sign on - 40k total first year - 220k total from second year - 180k Seattle, AI/ML EDIT: Thanks for responses. Also, I am a bit concerned that it is going down from second year. Can something be done for that? #offer #tech
15% of bonus isn't average for ict2/3, so don't count on that. I can't really say how good/bad this is, as I have no idea about new grad offers, but I'd say definitely ask for more sign on. Do you have competing offers?
Isn’t MS grad position ICT2? OP, did you like really ace your intern to full time conversion interview?
Any tips at getting interview at apple? Can't seem to break the resume review
Work at a FANG with an actual engineering bar.
2 years of experience, with an offer of $220K. Get a grip. You guys are way too privileged.....
Time to switch :)
I know a speaker company doesn't pay rookies with 2 YOEs above $220K. So pipe down little one.
I know right. I need to get someone from Apple to hook it up in Austin
Sounds about right. Can haggle a bit on the sign on but I think the base is pretty standard given it’s Seattle
Can I PM? Would love some insight from you

Is it ICT2 or ICT3? Also 15% of base does not sound right. I think ICT4 also get only 10%
I’ll get clarified. IC3
How does it sound otherwise?
