Where did you hear that first refresher takes that long? My recruiter told me they don't wait till a full year and just do every Jan and prorate if u didn't have full year yet
Hmm I heard you don’t get it until at least your first full year, and it’s mostly targeted for after year two (one if you’re good). Hoping to be corrected 🙂
