Evaluate Salesforce LMTS offer
Just received this offer after negotiation: Base: 190k Bonus: 15% RSU: 225k over 4 yrs TC: ~ 275k Is this a good offer? I have 6.5 yrs work exp and Masters

Its 20% starting from PMTS.
Seems like a good offer for the YOE. If you have other offers, you can try to negotiate further.

My MTS offer is pretty close to your LMTS. I think you can push for more. I have almost 6yoe too though.
