Hi guys, Just wanted to know if you guys could evaluate my comp. And if there are any people that can connect me to people that can refer me or refer me themselves to some of the companies above/good companies for wlb+comp it would be much appreciated. I've done a decent amount of leetcode and coderust. Enough to start getting offers at least. I went to a top CS school and have a little over 1 YOE(1.3ish to be exact). Interned at NVIDIA but didn't like it there so started looking for other opportunities after college and went to a start up. Wlb was insane worked till midnight everyday so I started looking for a switch. All of my offers come from Bay Area locations. Some are frontend, some full stack. Just interviewing for everything really. Mid tier series D company - 150K base, 10K sign on, private stock options, no real performance bonuses, coming in as level 2 engineer Another mid tier series D company - 155k base, no sign on, private stock options, performance bonuses are up in the air. Workday - 135K base , 140k stock over 4 years, 15 sign on, refreshers for RSU at times Currently finished interviewing with Google/Youtube waiting to hear back. Almost finished with LinkedIn's process. Have heard that amazon is a little hard on wlb too if I get placed into the wrong team but have started interviewing with them as well. Would have loved the opportunity to interview at some of the unicorns or Facebook but have been getting a few offers nonetheless. Thanks for reading everyone! Edit: Current TC: 135K

Seems solid. The larger companies will give you higher TC.
For 1 YOE whats the high band for TC at the big companies?
Check comp.fyi Google, Bloomberg and FB pay over $200k+ for 1.5 YOE, and I was hired at $200k with 1.5 YOE. Not sure of exact numbers for 1 YOE but keep in mind that Google and Bloomberg hire new grads for $160k+ TC
