I got a revised offer from VMware as follows with potential joining in Feb Base 125k Stock 70k Sign on 25k But this offer is being made without considering my 8 months work exp at Bloomberg..what do u suggest
If 8 months is your total work ex, that is usually not considered. This is a pretty good offer for a new grad
Stock over 4 years?
Yup
I imagine. 70k yearly would have been a no brainer haha. I think it is a solid offer for new grad. If you like what you are doing at Bloomberg, then you could wait 1-2 years, try to get your first promo and then leave. The bump would be drastically higher.
Why are you moving out of Bloomberg SO SOOOOOON?
I know a guy currently trying to get into the mid market enterprise sales role over at f5. Any insights on the sales team I could give him?
I don't know much about the sales team per se as I'm in Eng. But, I've heard that we need great sales folks and they are treated well. And, F5 is a great company to work for :)
Is this for MTS-2? Pretty good on-hire RSU amount.
Pretty solid offer for New Grad. You can also always verify on levels.fyi
This is a solid new grad offer. Consider taking it. Good luck at your new job!
