Evaluate offers , Fb , Goog or Lnkdn ?
Sde1 at Amazon for ~2 years , have total 4.5 experience. GOOGLE Seattle Level4 - 150k+400(100 yearly)+30k signon +minimum 15% bonus , FB Seattle Level 4 - 160k + 350k equity 4 years + 60k signon. LINKEDIN Senior Swe Sunnyvale - 175k + 300k stock + 50k signon + 10% year end bonus. Current comp 145k total LinkedIn looks pretty interesting workwise. Also they are offering a senior role(though I haven't done any senior.work till now lol!!). Google and Facebook is I guess entry level. Facebook recruiter mentioned about bootcamp to decide team not sure how risky it is to.not.team upfront. Google is in advertising domain (meh!!) got team match calls only from those. Leaning towards LinkedIn, but G/F has better growth prospects ?? Can I switch team I Google after couple of months ? Any thoughts? Thx for help.
Those all seem great, join the one that excites you the most. I wouldn’t put too much weight in titles. Bars vary wildly.
Google and FB are not entry level. The entry level is 3. Senior soft engr at lnkd is equal to 4 at G/FB. Pick either of them; you can hardly go wrong and you can always switch teams if you don’t like the work. The important thing is to get your foot on the other side of the door.
Hmm, i see in Amazon l4 (SDE1) what I am currently is entry level. Hence got confused.

Google for your future prospect or next job. LinkedIn might look great as you said but for now only. Linkedin is much easier to get into than Google
Go to Google. Having Google on resume will carry a lot of weight
