Based on current valuation, conservative estimate is around $ 250k over 4 years. Options are paper money, may may not work in terms of real money. Work quality is decent, learning will be there as new domain & technology. Founders are industry leaders. How do MNC's HR perceive startup options during offer ? Is it considered a part of TC ? Or they just ignore it considering paper money. If that's case, TC will be considered lower and will impact next level in further move. How did you manage in that scenario ?
