Evaluating an L6 Sr. PMM offer in Seattle
What is the base/bonus/stock range for Seattle folks especially in marketing roles. Also it will be great if you can provide bay area pay information as well. Current offer: Base 142K sign-onB 30k first year 40k second year and 110K worth of stock for 4yrs Relocation 10K Not sold on this deal yet especially because I also need to move from Bay area. 1. What is the pay range for L6 in Bay area and Seattle for product marketing roles? 2. Offer counter suggestions? 2. Has anyone moved in a marketing role from Bay to Amazon Seattle? How are you liking it? Do you regret leaving Bay area?
Base is good Stocks can go up to 200k-250k Relocation out of mba is 15k so definitely low. Sign on is decent. Can go up on that

Base is good. Signing bonus 1st year and stocks can go higher for sure at l6 (your first year total comp would be $177). I'd negotiate for another 10-20k but you're likely to make it happen in stock and not base.
Shiet, what is it that you guys do day to day? Is there a lot of pressure on the job? I’m thinking of hanging up my coding shoes and going the MBA route
