My visa attorney asked for certificates, patents and publications to create a strong case for L1 individual visa. I don't have any of those except for one certification. I did a lot of 5 day trainings through company but don't have certificate for those. Again, these trainings were for Microsoft technologies that are available for everyone to use like Azure technologies. There are no certifications for internal technologies; at least I am not aware of or have. What all documents did you provide to strengthen L1 individual visa application?
Trying to make up things out of thin air? No wonder rfe and h1 denials are on the rise.
Thin air == no materialistic achievements? Didn't give much of an f to materialistic stuff like certificates. I have solid domain knowledge and amazing grip on Msft tech.
Msft tech is not specialized. I have done a bunch of those courses myself while at Microsoft. Knowing a tech stack, any tech stack won’t give you the evidence you are looking for. You need real thing. Patents papers. Not stupid certification courses.
You can’t produce what you don’t have
Why individual, why can’t blanket?
Microsoft doesn't have certifications for internal technologies. Also, for the trainings done on behalf of Microsoft no certificates given.
