Procedure is:
**Note**: No touching your face the instant you touch the food containers. Your hands are hot/contaminated after the first step. Treat them as such until you wash your hands.
* Replate food onto something microwaveable.
* Throw away containers and accoutrements that came with meal.
(You'll want to use your own silverware/napkins/condiments.)
* Microwave food until it's burning (you) hot.
* Wash hands with soap for 20 seconds.
* Wipe down any surface that you touched since step 1.
(Don't forget your door and microwave!)
* Food should be sufficiently cooled by this point.
* Enjoy!
